On Saturday, February 16, 2013, The Steve & Marjorie Harvey Foundation held the first in a series of “Skills To Go” sessions for the 2012 Atlanta Girls Who Rule The World mentees. This series is in partnership with The AT&T Aspire Mentoring Academy and the first Session was held at the AT&T headquarters in Buckhead.

 

The girls learned about career planning. The following processes and techniques were taught to the girls by the AT&T staff. They learned about applying for a job, the basics of how to properly fill out a job application. Writing a resume, basic information on how to write an effective resume and interview techniques, tips and tricks to ace an interview!
